Bye-bye Accessories!

Today Stampin' Up! has released the list of accessories that will no longer be available as of December 31st.  Click here to view the list.  Please note that as things run out, they will be coded in color on the list.  Contact me asap if there is anything that you wish to purchase before it's gone!  I will put orders together and choose a Mystery Hostess for the Exclusive Hostess stamp set and the free merchandise!  Deadline for this Mystery Hostess order is December 17th but you can always order up until the last minute!

Santa Gift Card Holder

This was a card we made at my Stamp-A-Stack of Holiday Cards class in Saratoga, NY and in LaGrange, NY.   Several people are interested in making more so here goes my first attempt at a tutorial of sorts!

To make the card base, begin with a 4x12 piece of cardstock.  Score it at 4" and 8" (or 4" from either side, same thing)  Make a diagonal score in the center section of the 4x12 from where the score lines meet the edge of the paper.  As you fold the card, you will see how it forms a pocket.  Use sticky strip to close the card as there is a lot of stress put on it for opening and closing while holding the gift card.  Don't want to lose that!

Once it's put together, embellish as you wish!

I can't believe December is here!  Stampin' Up! has released the list of stamp sets that will be discontinued as of December 31st.  Check out the list here and let me know what you need. 

Don't forget, give your spouse your wish list and my phone number and get SU product in your stocking!  Better yet, send me your wish list and I'll call him!  Better do it soon though, my order deadline for Christmas delivery is December 10th.
