As
a Family-on-the-Go reader, you're probably looking for some things to
do with your kids or perhaps one of my events caught your eye for
yourself! This page is designed to give you some more information
about my classes. I host a variety of events in my home studio in
Lagrange (I'm in Dutchess Farms, near the Soccer Club on Stringham
Road). Most classes are held monthly and there is a fee (except for
the Card Making 101 introduction class). The benefits of taking
classes with me is that I offer a comfortable, relaxed, secure
environment for you to learn, create and be inspired! There's great
joy in making something with your own hands and then giving it to
someone to light up their day!

Classes Offered:
Card Making 101 - This is an introduction to card making and to me and my offerings. It's an open house event with displays, samples, make and take projects and more. It's a way for you to see if this hobby is for you and if I'm the teacher you need. There is no fee for this event.
Monthly Stamp Camp - This class is normally offered the first Tuesday/Wednesday of the month with three time slots for your convenience. In this class, you will learn different paper crafting, card making and scrapbooking techniques which can then be applied to all your crafting projects. You will see different products that are available through me though no purchase is necessary. You will make four complete projects at this event, usually cards but sometimes a packaging or home decor item.
The
fee for this event is $20 and includes all materials. Tuesday classes
begin at 4:00 or 7:30 pm. Wednesday class is at 9:00 am.

Special Camps for July and August - tba
Monthly Scrapbooking - This class is offered Monday nights (with a Tuesday morning possibility). There are so many ways to scrapbook our pictures. I have found that the traditional 12x12 or 8x8 pages don't work for me. So, this class is designed to capture an event in one scrapbook-type project. Each month we will create a different mini-book that is complete.
The fee for this event is generally $20-25 depending on the project. All materials are included.

iCraft Class - This class is designed with the teenager in mind but is appropriate for all ages. Each class the students will make something that they'll like to use for themselves or to give as a gift to a friend or relative. The items made in these classes can be easily used as birthday party favors with a Crafty Stamper Birthday (email me for details!) All materials are included in the $25 fee for this class.
